LAZ Parking manages the parking program at 950 17th Street and the Retail Center.
The Retail Garage accessed off of Champa Street is available for Tenants and daily patrons.
Parking validations for the Retail Garage for your visitors are available through LAZ Parking for a fee. Please contact the garage manager Jazz Trejo at jtrejo@lazparking.com to request these.
Monthly Parking Rates are currently as follows:
- Unreserved Parking $225.00 / month;
- Reserved Parking $295.00 / month.
- These rates are subject to change, for the most current information, please contact LAZ Parking directly.
- Corresponding parking cards have a replacement / lost fee of $10.00.
- The underground garage of the Office Tower is private and for tenants only.
